2019 WNBA GM Survey: Mystics Shine

The 2019 WNBA.com GM survey is out and the Mystics is one of its stars. Among the highlights of the survey is the following:

When asked which Eastern Conference team will have the most regular season wins, the General Managers picked the Mystics by a wide margin – with 58% of the vote. At a distant second place was the Connecticut Sun with 25% followed by the Atlanta Dream at 17%

When asked who would win the 2019 WNBA MVP award, the GMs picked the Mystics’ Elena Delle Donne by a wide margin – with 42% of the vote. The Phoenix Mercury star Brittney Griner came in second with 25% of the vote.

When asked which international player was most likely to have a breakout season, the GMs selected the Mystics’ Emma Meesseman.
